Deleted Scenes & POV shifts

I wrote FEAR NO TRUTH as a standalone novel originally, with five POV characters—including Tenley Andre, the murder victim at the heart of the published book. This scene, introducing a conflicted teenage girl who seems to have it all, was one of the most difficult ones I've ever had to cut from a book. If you haven't read FEAR NO TRUTH yet, don't worry, there are no spoilers here. I hope you'll enjoy meeting Tenley.

For years, I've loved having Dru Ann Love invite me on Dru's Book Musings to share a day in the life of one of my imaginary friends—especially when that narrator isn't the primary one for a series. This piece written from Joey's point of view about Nichelle is one of my favorites.
